Challenge
East End NRZ Cafe had recently received a generous grant to expand their business and better serve the community. The new initiative would offer fresh produce, host farmers' markets, and provide valuable resources and information, with many services available at no cost. To make this vision a reality, East End NRZ needed to develop a fresh new brand, launch it successfully, and manage its marketing efforts. That’s where we came in.

Solution
Our solution was built on three key, interconnected phases:

Brand Creation: The first step was to craft a brand identity. We brainstormed and settled on a name that resonated with the community. From there, we designed a logo and carefully selected a color palette that captured the essence of the brand.

Pre-launch Preparation: Next, we aligned with the brand's core values and mission to develop a suite of marketing materials. This included, but was not limited to, social media posts, posters, and print collateral—all designed to communicate the brand's message effectively. And then, we launched!

Ongoing Marketing: Prior to the official launch, we mapped out a detailed marketing plan for the first few weeks, ensuring a steady flow of content. We continued to schedule and plan for future marketing efforts while also managing day-to-day social media activities to maintain momentum.
The
Results
The results were exactly what we and our client had envisioned. City Fresh is now a fully launched and operational brand, successfully connecting with the community and providing essential services. Through the distribution of free, fresh produce, the sharing of valuable information, and creating a space where individuals can enhance their well-being, City Fresh is making a meaningful impact on the lives of many.
